About The Agile Coach
The Agile Coach is a free library of plain-English guides for team members, Scrum Masters, coaches, engineering managers and the people who work alongside software teams. We cover agile fundamentals, agile coaching, and the software development practices that help teams deliver well. There are currently 24 articles across 3 topics, plus a glossary of 55 terms.
The Agile Coach is published by Digital Nebraska, a company that builds websites and digital tools for local and Midwest businesses.
How we write our articles
- Facts — definitions, dates, versions, platform rules and who created which framework — are checked against primary or authoritative sources such as the Scrum Guide, the Agile Manifesto, DORA research and the frameworks’ own documentation. They’re listed and linked at the end of each article.
- Each article shows the date it was last reviewed, and we revisit articles as guidance changes.
- We don’t invent people, quotes, statistics or case studies. Examples are clearly labeled as hypothetical, and we don’t accept payment to mention a product or company.
- Articles stay editorial. Where Digital Nebraska’s services are mentioned, it’s in a clearly separate box, not in the article text.
